St. Petersburg Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit neighborhood revitalization and community housing development organization (CHDO) that was incorporated in 1980. SPNHS is dedicated to building partnerships with individual families, neighborhood leaders, and others who care about and invest in our community.

Goals

• Heighten our visibility and credibility to a level where SPNHS is widely recognized as a reliable community leader and a catalyst for change.
• Maintain and enhance our homebuyer and homeowner assistance programs.
• Develop and maintain quality owner-occupied and rental housing.
• Educate our primary and secondary customers regarding the value of Financial Fitness training and Home Management, Maintenance and Foreclosure Prevention and Intervention education to low-and moderate-income families in their pursuit of self-sufficiency and wealth.
• Develop diverse and sustainable revenue streams sufficient to maintain our financial health and viability.
• Recruit, train, and retain an expert workforce.
