Community Land Trust

SPNHS is currently in the development phase of its Community Land Trust (CLT). Under the CLT model, homes are made affordable through the long-term lease of the land to the homebuying family.

Ten homes will be built under the first phase of the SPNHS CLT Program. The ten homes will be constructed in St. Petersburg for sale to low-income families.
