Homebuyer Orientation
Orientation sessions are held at least twice per month as a way to introduce customers to our services, evaluate each participant's readiness to buy a home, and get customers excited about the prospect of becoming homeowners. After attending an orientation session, customers are scheduled for an initial individual counseling session.

Homebuyer Education
This program is an eight-hour course that covers the basics of home buying from household budgeting and credit reports to shopping for a house and getting a mortgage. We stress skills that will help our buyers become successful homeowners. This course is designed for families who are ready for homeownership - those who have saved for down payment and closing costs and who have credit in good condition.

Financial Fitness
Financial Fitness is a 10-hour course that aims to provide the critical skills, knowledge, and confidence to manage money wisely. A large percentage of our Financial Fitness graduates go on to achieve homeownership.
