SPNHS NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center: An innovative approach to providing all the services and training that customers need in one location to shop for, purchase, rehabilitate, insure and maintain a home. Customers include renters, first-time homebuyers, and homeowners in need of affordable financing for housing renovation or repair.

SPNHS uses the NeighborWorks Full-Cycle Lending service delivery model, a system that enables local partners, including lenders, insurers, construction specialists, government agencies, and non-profit NeighborWorks organizations to work together in providing homeownership opportunities for families who might not qualify for - or know how to obtain - conventional mortgages.

Full-Cycle Lending is a comprehensive system for homebuyer development to assist families into homeownership and help ensure their long-term success as homeowners.
