Lot Purchase
SPNHS can assist families locate, and in some cases, finance lots that are available for development. These lots may be owned by SPNHS or one of its partner organizations.

New Construction
SPNHS is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), which allows it to access both private and public funds for the construction of single-family and multi-family housing. Completed homes are sold or rented to eligible families. Financing is also available to qualified buyers.

Home Repair
Persons who currently own their homes can contact SPNHS for information regarding financing options for the repair of plumbing, electrical, foundations, HVAC, etc.

Home Remodeling
SPNHS has programs that provide financing to current homeowners for updating electrical systems, replacing old insulation, and correcting functionally obsolete floor plans, etc.

Room Additions
Family growth sometimes requires an additional bedroom or extra bathroom. SPNHS can assist current homeowners make choices and/or provide financing.
